From over 40 schools from all over Somerset and Bristol, the cup was down to the last 4. The girls welcomed a very resilient Wells Blue side to compete for a place in the final against Holyrood.

The Court Fields girls played some scintillating football, which overall proved too strong for the girls from Wells and Court Fields comfortably ran out winners 6-0.

Aspin led the way with a hat trick, with Norman, Davey and Goss also getting on the scoresheet. The girls now look to make history by winning the Somerset County Schools Cup and bringing the trophy home to Wellington.

The date and venue for the final against Holyrood will be released shortly.

Superb work girls!
