DSC_0504[1]Sports Day 2015

Welcome Back to all Sapphire students in September 2016. I do hope students and families have enjoyed a peaceful but fun-filled Summer Holiday. As I have mentioned to students in assembly we expect the high standards set last year to continue with positive attitudes to learning being displayed at all times. Please ensure uniform, behaviour, attendance and punctuality are outstanding.

Good Luck to all students this academic year and I look forward to working with all parents of Sapphire students. 🙂 Mr Selway

Year 7 Boys Win at Football

Year 7 boys in Sapphire won for us in the inter-house football. Overall most people have been saying that Josh Winter was the best player on the pitch!

Jake Evens said “It was a fun game and we were happy that we won all the matches we played”.

We are so glad that we had another win for Sapphire house and I believe that Mr Selway is happy about that! So well done to all the year 7’s that played.

Sapphire house dodge ball win

Sapphire year 7 boys and girls led us to victory by winning the inter house dodge ball game.

Our team had the right amount of players and were the only team that did. Sapphire won every game they played on Tuesday 15th November because of this but we played for fun anyway.

The year 7 team did really well for us in Sapphire and we would like to say well done to our year 7 students that played.
