At Court Fields we are always proud of our student’s achievements. The Class of 2017 are the first cohort of students to have sat the new English and Maths GCSE’s which they embraced and coped with admirably. 33% of our students achieved a Grade A*/A or equivalent which is an impressive achievement and demonstrates the commitment of students, staff and parents to secure the highest grades. Our 2017 results under the new GCSE system are judged to be ‘average’ by the DFE in terms of student progress which we will continue to build upon as all subjects now come on line with the new grading system and new terminal GCSE exams.
At Court Fields we are always proud of our student’s achievements. GCSE outcomes have risen year on year demonstrating the commitment of our students, their parents and our staff to ensure that every child achieves well and leaves us well qualified for their ‘next steps’ in education, employment or training. 2016 GCSE results were the best in Court Fields history with more students achieving 5 x GCSE including English and Maths than ever before.
Court Fields Year 11 students have excelled in their GCSE exams achieving the best results in the school’s history. 67% achieved 5 A*-C including English and Maths with one in five students getting the top grades of A*/A in 3 or more subjects. Congratulations to all of our students in the Class of 2016 – we wish you every success at College and in your future careers. Thank you to all staff at Court Fields who have worked tirelessly to ensure our students achieved great results and to all of our parents who most probably have had a turbulent year with their teenagers who can now relax and enjoy the next phase in their development! Well done – a great team effort.
